Professional Background and Licensure
An accomplished trial and appellate representative, Mr. Brown was a member of the Detroit College of Law Review before beginning his career in private practice, which has been devoted to complex matters in civil litigation. His litigation experience includes medical malpractive defense, insurance and subrogation trials, and family law, including divorce litigation and custody issues. Mr. Brown's work has earned him the highest “A-V” peer review rating by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. He has served the circuit courts in Michigan’s largest counties as a Case Evaluation panelist, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.Publications & Presentations (Selected)
