Clyde Metzger is a founding member of Foley, Baron & Metzger. He has served as counsel in complex litigation, class actions, business litigation, products liability claims, physician staff privilege claims, medical malpractice actions for hospitals and physicians, managed care litigation, pharmacy benefit manager litigation, insurance coverage disputes, commercial litigation, general liability claims and corporate healthcare claims. Mr. Metzger is an active member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) and is a frequent speaker at medical/legal seminars and state association meetings. He is a member of several professional organizations and was past president of the Michigan Society of Healthcare Attorneys.Education

Professional Background and Licensure
Mr. Metzger is a member of the Michigan Bar, Washtenaw County Bar Association and is admitted to the Federal Bar in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, & U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit. Mr. Metzger sits on the Washtenaw County Trial Court Case Evaluation Committee and carries Martindale-Hubbell's "A-V" rating.
