Experience

Judith Sherman is a principal with the firm, concentrating in appellate practice and the representation of health care organizations in the areas of medical malpractice and general liability. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced as an appellate attorney for two years in the Research Division of the Michigan Court of Appeals. She has considerable experience in preparing challenges to plaintiffs’ claims on all Tort Reform issues. She is a member of the Washtenaw County Bar Association and Michigan Bar Association.

Professional Background and Licensure

Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Sherman was a Certified Court Reporter and served on the board of directors of the Michigan Association of Professional Court Reporters. She was also an adjunct instructor at Oakland Community College. Ms. Sherman is admitted to the Michigan State Bar, Federal Bar for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
