Client Commitment

The FBM Client Commitment©

As a client of Foley, Baron & Metzger, you will have this Client Commitment made to you by each of the professionals working on your matter. These representations are backed by process management principles designed to reduce or eliminate opportunities to violate these commitments. Fulfilling these commitments are both conditions of employment and compensation at FBM. We take them very seriously.

The FBM Client Commitment©

  1. You will not have to ask about the status of your matter.
  2. Any message you leave will be returned the same day, within one hour where possible.
  3. All events that substantively affect you will be reported within 24 hours..
  4. You will have access to us 24/7 via our home and mobile phone numbers.
  5. We will understand what you consider a "win" or successful outcome, and then make that our goal.
  6. You will experience uncompromising integrity, ethics and confidentiality at Foley, Baron & Metzger.
Every six months, you will be asked if we are living up to our commitment.
